Your own strength cannot take us far in life. No matter how determined you are, the fact remains that it is “Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of hosts”. When you rely on the strength of God, you will prevail, because:
“The race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong…”
“It is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth…”
“By strength shall no man prevail…”
You are helpless without God, and you can succeed in doing God’s will only by relying on His unfailing help. That is how best you can fulfil your purpose, which is God’s will for your life.
